Leprechauns Win, Estrada drives in 5 runs
The Royal Oak Leprechauns reigned over the Saint John Alpines in damp conditions.

Royal Oak defeated Saint John, 11-6, in large part due to 22-year old right fielder Hector Estrada. Estrada drove in 5 runs. The right fielder had 1 double and 1 home run for the Leprechauns. Rich Arias notched his 2nd save of the season.

With Royal Oak leading 1-0 in the top of the first, Estrada hit a fastball from Edwin Mares for a 3-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season and put the Leprechauns ahead, 4-0.

"We've got some hairy guys on our side, too," said Royal Oak manager Garrett Williams.

The last-place Leprechauns now have a win-loss record of 62-92.
