Jones Strokes 5 Hits Monday, August 4th , 2064 It was a big day for Paul Jones and he brought the Roaring River Steelheads along for the ride. Jones led his club to victory, 22-2, over the Marysville Monarchs at Mitts Fieldhouse, smoking Marysville pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The 21-year-old third baseman later called the victory "sweet." Paul Jones hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
