More Woes for Mustang Matt Daniel Friday, September 12th , 2064 The Carson City Mustang will have to do without first baseman Matt Daniel even longer than expected. Team doctors say that Daniel's recovery from knee tendinitis has not gone well and more time will be needed to treat it successfully. The Mustang trainer indicated it would be at least one week before they would consider activating Daniel. This season, Daniel has hit 23 home runs and posted a .329 batting average. |
