Spokane Lose, 11-0, to Seagulls, Rios Friday, September 19th , 2064 Clearwater Seagulls right-hander Dave Rios used his full arsenal to shoot down the Spokane Bulldogs, 11-0. All day long, he exhibited fine command of all his pitches, giving up 3 walks and striking out 5. Rios allowed 1 hit in the victory. "It felt like my catcher and I were on the same page all day, and Spokane was on a way, way different page," Rios said. This year, Rios has posted a 9-5 mark in 23 starts and has a 4.59 ERA.
