Navarro and Alvarez Suspended for Free-for-All Friday, August 22nd , 2064 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Oak Park-Royal Oak contest at Royal Oak Field. The Architects Moises Navarro and the Leprechauns Hector Alvarez will have to sit out 4 and 9 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. For the year, Navarro has hit .278 with 16 home runs, 69 RBIs and scored 82 runs. His stats sheet for the year shows Alvarez has managed to hold opponents to a .344 average in 30 relief appearances, while putting up 3-2 record with 69 strikeouts and 34 walks in 58 innings. He has a 9.00 ERA with no saves. |
