Royal Oak-Surrey Brawl, Wilks and Fleming Suspended Monday, September 22nd , 2064 Stanley Wilks of the Royal Oak Leprechauns and Justin Fleming of the Surrey Thunderbirds will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 3 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Leprechauns-Thunderbirds game at Royal Oak Field. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Wilks and Fleming will begin serving them soon. To date this season, Wilks is hitting .350 with 42 home runs. In 6 starts this season, Fleming has chalked up a 1-0 record and a 4.22 ERA. |
