Players Suspended in Cucamonga-Hoosiers Donnybrook Friday, October 3rd , 2064 Felix Villalobos of Rancho and Victor Cardenas of Bloomington were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. Villalobos will have to miss 4 games for his part in the brawl, while Cardenas was given 6 games. League officials announced their suspensions today. Villalobos on the season is batting .214 with 13 home runs. His totals include 51 RBIs and 42 runs scored. He has played in 122 games. On his stats sheet for the year Cardenas shows a 4-21 record, 33 starts, 139.1 innings, 115 strikeouts and a 7.88 ERA. |
