Rams Suffer 3-1 Loss to Murraysville
|
Murraysville Peacocks starter Steve Gilligan worked his magic, to help his team defeat the Frisco Rams, 3-1. Gilligan picked up the win for Murraysville, going 7 innings. He gave up 1 run on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 2-0. With the win, Murraysville has a record of 45-76. Frisco falls to 69-52.
The Peacocks got a big at-bat from first baseman Ben Hall. For the game, Hall went 1-2 with a home run and a walk. In the bottom of the sixth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 4th home run of the season gave Murraysville a 2-1 lead.
