The Murraysville Peacocks trumped the Frisco Rams, 6-3, at Red Bull Stadium. Murraysville second baseman Manny Cruz was terrific. He went 1 for 2 with a double and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI. Mike Lanham, the 3rd overall pick in the 2058 draft, was the winner. He's now 6-11. The loser was Luis Alvarado. Murraysville is now 47-76.

Murraysville catcher Brian Trulson contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the first. With two down, he hit a slider to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 49th hit of the season and put the Peacocks ahead, 3-0.

"The vibe's good," said Murraysville manager Joseph Kelley. "We've got to keep it going."
