Monarchs Topple Rams with Late Rally
Frisco third baseman Chris Hogg had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Hogg was 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once, even as Marysville beat the Rams, 5-4. The 5th-place Monarchs now have a win-loss record of 52-69.

In the bottom of the ninth, Ryan Bechtold knew he could end it with one good swing of the bat. And he did, hitting a run-scoring single off Frisco pitcher Adrian Alvarez.

"We've got great fans," said Bechtold. "I hope they got what they came for."
